I'm having S Pen Disconnecting Issue recently. It become problem after i updated the software (turn out it is a security patch uldate). The S Pen became disconnected, i cannot use it. I make online report, and being suggested to factory reset. I execute it, and nothing happen. Finally i came to the service center, they suggest to buy a new s pen (sinve they said my s pen are facing problem). After buying and reset, it work just for about a day. Next day, i came to service center again, they open the case and the result my phone is OK, but since it had been opened, it cannot water resist again. Till now, i still faced the s pen. Can somebody help?
Maybe it's battery empty. You should recharge it by turn on the air action and wait for a while. If it's doesn't work, maybe you can contact samsung services. Since the OS upgrade, it become an issue for alot of note users.
