Galaxy NoteHi MarcoMetal, before you try the troubleshooting steps I suggest you check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, please follow these steps:
Settings > Software update Download and install > Follow the on-screen instructions.
Your phone should be connected to the same network as your smart TV. Follow the steps below to check that the same Wi-Fi connection is being used.
Step 1: Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen to open the Quick panel.
Step 2: Touch and hold the Wi-Fi icon to open your device's Wi-Fi settings.
Step 3: Here you can make sure you are connected to the correct network and change it if necessary.

Galaxy NoteNew tv. It connected with Bluetooth immediately. The barcode scan appeared onscreen and i scanned it wich led my cel to the App. But i dudnt do it thinking I'd do it later. Since i can mirror audio only.
I looked for the app in galaxie and play stores and cant find it?
Cant seem to reset my new tv to show me the scan again.
That said, i know i had the smartview app before for another tv and deleted it.
