2022 sumsung delivery delay for Pre-orders

I ordered Galaxy S22 ultra 1TB on the Feb 9th 2022. Website says delivery date Feb 22th. Today Sumsung send an email We are reaching out today to update you on your Galaxy Samsung S22 Series order. Due to all-time high demand, we are expecting a delay on certain models. Please note that we remain committed to expediting your order as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
 when I checked web I found that Sumsung may delivery it as late as April or May.
Staying 3h in waiting line in chat to talk to agents is hopeless. They only apologize. 
When is the real delivery date? Are they going to come soon or as internet suggests Sumsung didn't even produce them and may even can not before several months. In future I won't pre-order and will buy it from stores. People are selling S22 ultra on kijiji!!! What's going on? Someone tell me the truth? How long is the delay? 2 months? 5 months? More?

I'd like to see Samsung publish the numbers to validate that statement.

Funny how a company that can engineer the phone can't figure out when they take your order whether the order can be fufilled right away. They got your money - that's all that matters.

I agree. They have the best phones and worst costumer service. I think they take the money and then go to factory to make that phone. Lol they only thing they are better than apple is the phones. First sell the phone and collect the money then rush to factory to make it. Lol that is the dictionary definition for BS. Unfortunately

Yep, it's quite sad actually, they cannot blame COVID for the delay. We're all open. Might be the Ukraine next.

I am at my tipping point with Samsung. Every launch is a **bleep** shoot. From my S21 to the flip to this one. I had issues with my flip during the first 10 days they made me send it back and then i waited 4 weeks for a replacement and i even lost my extra samsung care year. 

I had ordered not a common color based on the message stating it would ship on the 22nd. I am leaving the country on March 8th and feel like I am going to get screwed since no one will be there to receive the device. Trying to change my shipping address but no one is responding.

Sorry. Try again to change the address. There is no way it be shipped by March 8th. I am expecting April or later.

Its really ridiculous. I ordered the s22 ultra 512GB unlocked first cuz thats what I wanted but delivery was showing 3/25. Tmobile one was showing delivery date as 3/4 so I cancelled the unlocked one and ordered the Tmobile one. I reached out to their CS probably 10 times since order placed as didnt see any movement in tracking. They keep telling me rest assured it'll be delivered on 3/4 if not early. Today morning I see the status change to delivery now showing 3/25. I'm going out of country on 11th and this really screws me up big time. I neither get unlocked one, or got Tmobile one and will have to live with Tmobile one which shows exact delivery date as unlocked one. Truly garbage CS.

It's terrible. I cancelled my order, they should have received the order and manufactured immediately. Within 24 hours of receiving the preorder. It does not take months to produce and **bleep**. As a builder, I can put a house together within 3 months. This is a phone. I cancelled my order and purchased it from someone on marketplace. White ultra 256gb.

I ordered mine on 2.21 and this morning it shows a new arrival date of 4.22 original arrival was 4.1.  think at this rate I'll cancel and wait till the pixel 7 gets here in 6 months

- What device are you upgrading from?
Huawei P30 Pro, but not used as a trade-in. 


- What was the trade in / bonus offer, if any? 
I got the phone for 1 449,00 € with a set of free Galaxy Buds Pro. 

- What is your estimated delivery date?
When i go to samsungs webpage and look up my order it says: "Arrives on 03/03/2022" But this did not happen. It is also stated in on the page that the estimated shipping date is 25/02/22.. For about a week it was marked as "Ready for shipping". 

- Once ships. What is your shipping progress? 
I was marked as "On the way to you " 5 days ago, unfortunately it's not possible to track the order more than this. I have on multiple ocations tried to get some feedback from samsung regarding what the status is on pre-orders, but nobody in Samsung have been able to tell me anything and the department for order/delivery support have not been reachable at all.
