adding/removing apps from S9 home screen

I cant add or remove apps from my home screen, when I tap and hold the app the option to add/remove is greyed out?

Go to Settings - Display - Home Screen & Toggle OFF "lock Home Screen Layout" 😉🐧

BTW - You can also access the Home Screen Settings by Long Press on an empty part of the screen & it will bring up the Settings "Gear" bottom right 😉
