Air actions will not turn off. (S Pen s24 ultra)

I have turned off everything in my s pen settings but air actions are still active on chrome. As I am writing this message air actions are active.

Have you tried restarting your phone doing a hard restart?

Actually, no, it didn't work. It's back. Never mind, the s24 has been glitchy like this since I got it. Should have stayed with the s23.
