Hi ssp15989, sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue after the recent update. Please try the below steps and see if it works for you.

Please check the Notification settings: Go to Settings > Notifications and check if any apps have notifications enabled with sound but without showing on-screen alerts. Also, check Settings > Sounds and Vibration > System sound/vibration control for unexpected system sounds.

You can also Boot into Recovery Mode and clear the cache partition. This can resolve issues after updates.

1. Hold the Power button and Volume Down to open the power options where choose the Power off.

2. When the screen goes dark press the Volume Up and Power keys together.

3. Let go of all held buttons when you see the Recovery mode on the screen.

4. Then you should select Wipe cache partition. Use Volume Up to navigate and the Power button to accept it.

5. Choose Yes and press the Power key to confirm that operation.

6. After that select Reboot system now with the Power key.

Thank you.

I downloaded the nice catch application to track the vibration and sound, and it shows that NFC [Hardware Feedback].
Now, what should I do with this? Kindly suggest the solution

Is NFC turned on if it's showing hardware feedback? If you don't use NFC, I'd turn it off. Also, what happens if you turn off the "Reminder Notification" option in the menu settings?
