Arrange email accounts in custom order

Is it possible to rearrange my email accounts in my order of preference? Also, is it possible to move the "All Accounts" button to the top so I don't have to scroll down to select it?

in the email app settings you can reorder things such as your mailboxes, and change the view mode between standard and conversation. Unfortunately Im not sure if there's a way to reorder your email accounts.

On another note, the all accounts button is already on the top, unless it was changed in oreo

In Oreo, it's at the bottom and I have to scroll to get to it everytime. Perhaps they can move it in the next update as it's in a terrible location.

Your illustration shows "All accounts" at the bottom of the list. For anyone with many email accounts, this is a real problem. Much better if it was at the top.
