Beta tester & country region

Hey. On my Samsung Account my country and region is stuck to U.A.E. I would like to change it to Canada. 

Also I was hoping if I was eligible to be a beta tester for the One UI 3.0 for my Samsung S20

Hi visheshrajpal, It is not possible to change the country in Samsung account once it is created. Could you please let us know the place of purchase of your Samsung mobile.

As of now, the beta program is not available to Canadian participants and limited to few countries.

I purchased it in Canada itself. I left UAE a long time ago. originally created my account then

As the option is not available to change the country, I suggest you create another Samsung account with the country as Canada.

on the other hand though. I think I Read that the One Ui3.0 beta is available in US. would that also mean for all North American phones too?

Hi visheshrajpal, Thanks for your interest in the One UI beta program. 

As of now, the beta program is not available in Canada i.e., devices purchased in Canada can't participate in the program.
