Bluetooth share has stopped

searched and can't find anything here. tried everything the internet has to offer. any other tips? galaxy s7

I've forced stopped all Bluetooth related system apps, I've cleared the cache, I've reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and it all works temporarily. Then fails again. So frustrating
