Bubbles missing from my Background and Bubbles after new update

I can't change my bubbles option on my background and bubbles for messaging settings. Its disappeared

it's not there anymore. my guess. they cut it to cut down on tw lag. and bloatware

Yeah my bubble choices are gone too. But at least we can still set the background.
