Galaxy SI just found out that when using swipe gestures(swipe from sides and bottom), the home screnn cannot response properly, and it's actually a software caused by animation.
How to recreate this bug:
1. Enable swipe gestures(swipe from sides and bottom)
2. Disable gesture hints
Open an app, then swipe from the bottom to go back to home screen, and as soon as you saw the app icons on the home screen, quickly try to open another app on the home screen or swipe to another home page(remember to be quick), and sometimes the phone will not response to your touch because the animation of "go back to home screen from app" cannot be interpreted and it blocked all inputs from user.
My phone is new and normal and I'm not using any screen protector, and I also enabled touch sensitivity, so I'm pretty sure this is just a software animation bug.

Galaxy SIf you think it's caused by animations, you can try to do it with animations turned off in your settings or turn on developer options and scale down your animations to .5 instead of 1 see if it helps
