Galaxy Syes, samsung secure folder, you can make a full list of separate app inside it. You can lock it with fingerprint or password, every sensitive account or data such as bank account or scanned house certificate should be login or stored inside Secure Folder only.
each individual app outside Secure Folder however can't be locked normally though, you need each app lock feature such as Telegram or WhatsApp can ask pin code or fingerprint whenever you open these apps
