Galaxy SI am having a issue, whenever I am calling someone he is hearing an echo. This issue does not occur on direct (Network) calls, but it occurs when you make a call on Apps like Google Voice, Jive, etc. The receiver had always complained about echoing in their voice.

Galaxy SMy wife recently got a new S10+. When I called her on her S10+ from my S8+, I would hear a bad echo on my end. For a while I thought it was my phone or the cell service and decided that it was time for me to get a new phone. But, before I changed anything, my wife mentioned to me that other callers are complaining to her that they hear a bad echo whenever they call her on her s10+. I then decided to test her phone and discovered that it has something to do with whether the phone is in the case (Mophie battery pack) or out of the case. In the case, I hear the echo. Out of the case, I hear her perfectly. When she uses a headset, it makes no difference whether its in the case or not. We called Zagg, the makers of the Mophie case and complained. They expressed surprise and sent a new case. However, nothing changed with the new case. The echo is still there when she uses the phone in the case without a headset. Looks like its a microphone issue or a defective unit. If anyone has a suggestion for next steps, I'm wide open to hearing them. Does Samsung monitor these groups ? Will they see this note ? Thanks.

Galaxy SI am facing the same issue and noticed that with the case off the echo disappears. Were you able to find any fix for this issue?
