I did the software update in December and started having issues with clicking links on Instagram. I've reinstalled Instagram several times but the issue still persists. I did a bit of reading online and found that most S21 users who did the software updates around the same time as me are also having the same issues. Just wondering if samsung is aware and if they are doing anything to fix it.
Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. There is no such reported issue. We request you to check if all the permissions are allowed on the Instagram app.
Coming back to report that it was definitely the software update in December that caused my Instagram issues. I received a software update notification yesterday, scheduled it for 2a.m this morning and after the update, I'm able to click links and do other stuff I could no longer do after the December update.
