cant Print the shipping lab (load nonstop)

Hi all, im trying to download my prepaid label to send my samsung, but it just load non stop

I tried with differente browser and in Incognito, got the same issue

I contacted samsung, they opened a ticket, but still no answer

Did somesone get a simular issue ?

Hi, have you tried to contact the Live chat team regarding the shipping label issue?

If you haven't please try to contact them and they will check and help you accordingly with the shipping label.
