Cant text without data

we just went over our data plan and i just got the s7. whenever i try to text someone it wont deliver but they can text me. help.

you might be using mms try to avoid emojis or your carier might be blocking you

Media can't send without data. Otherwise, it is a unrelated issue. Maybe your texting limit has been reached as well?

if you add a subject line you will go into mms mode as well
