Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Your data stored on Samsung Cloud using your active Samsung Account will not be deleted if you have used it within the past 12 months. If you wish to keep the data stored in Samsung Cloud using your other Samsung Account, please ensure that you use it prior to the scheduled deletion date. You can do this by syncing your (Gallery) data with Samsung Cloud. Otherwise, it will be deleted as scheduled, and we strongly recommend that you back up your data elsewhere, as you will not be able to retrieve it once it is deleted from Samsung Cloud.
In order to prevent your data stored in Samsung Cloud from being deleted due to inactivity, please select one of the following methods:
Method 1:
Use the Sync / Backup / Drive function in the Samsung Cloud App on your Samsung device.
You can find the Samsung Cloud Service in "Settings> Accounts & Backup> Samsung Cloud". Just switch it on in the "more (three top right)> Settings> Sync & Auto Backup settings" screen.
By following one of these two methods, the status of your data stored in Samsung Cloud will be changed to using, and your data will not be deleted. You will also not receive further notices regarding deletion.
Your data stored in Samsung Cloud will not be deleted, and you can continue to use the Samsung Cloud service.
If you do not wish to use the Samsung Cloud service anymore or want to delete the data you have stored then you do not need to take any further actions and the data will be deleted on the scheduled deletion date set out in the notification email.
