Complete action using pop up comes up randomly

Hello so im asking for a friend who has the internet browser complete action using popup, coming up randomly, I don't know what samsung phone he has or version but he said that he reset settings or something and it's doing it, I did ask if he has a default browser set, because if he didn't that could be why, I haven't heard back yet as of writing this.

Hello this is what he had sent me, said it comes up randomly, he didn't get back to me about if he set up a default browser

Could you please check with him if he still get the pop-up even after selecting "Always"?

I have been having the same problem as well. This pop-up keeps coming and it's getting annoying. And yes, even if I press always for one of the websites it just automatically takes me to the site of the pop up.

Yes, just turn off the NFC or take all cards near your HP..
