First day I got my S22 Ultra the lens have condensation after I got off from my car. Called up Samsung they refuse to do an exchange. Insist I go and have the phone evaluate at the service center. What a lousy experience!

Most likely the glass back cover is not sealed properly. I got that on my Note 10+, when my back cover wasn't tightly sealed. Until I purchase a housing adhesive, the condensation no longer occurs.

That was when I was replacing the battery on my own.

Let's see if they will help with u with the repair. I doubt they will replace, likely will be taking your device back to seal the back cover.

I will check with them if can't replace then I rather dun let them take apart and attempt a repair. Anyway it's covered under 2 years warranty. If the moisture spoil my phone then they will have to repair it anyway.

Normally they should have a stringent test to ensure it's water resistant after securing the back cover. U bought 2 years Care+?

Dun think got any test. I have the Samsung guy come my place do on site repair twice for my previous notes he just use a jig to compress the phone after sticking back the back cover.
