Since the most recent Android update my flip4 won't connect properly to car bluetooth. I can make calls but the other end can't hear me. My car bluetooth works fine with my s22 and my a71. I've reset everything I could including clear cache etc. My flip4 won't connect to my devices consistently. I do alot of driving for work and bluetooth is essential so this is driving me nuts. So frustrated with this device. The flip4 has a convenient form factor but other than that it is IMO an inferior device for everything else. Camera is **bleep** and the screen doesn't last long (a whole other issue).

Hi Sandman74, we are really sorry that the software update caused the issue.

As you have mentioned you tried everything, have you tried to perform reset network settings and Wipe cache partition on the device.

To reset the network settings:

Go to Settings, and then select General management >> Find and select Reset >> Choose Reset network settings >> Tap on the Reset settings button >> Tap on the Reset button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi information connection are reset.

Below are the steps to perform wipe cache partition.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

If you have performed the both, but still your'e facing the issue. You might need to backup and factory reset the device.

I have the same problem with my S21 Ultra! Only thing that worked was a factory reset! Even after that, if I install UI 5.0 my phone will no longer connect to my vehicle, so I am stuck using Ui 4.1!! This really makes me not want to buy another Samsung product!!
