This is a very productive way to resolve your issue. You could have instead actually explained what you think the problem is instead of posting a nonsense screen recording and equally nonsensical replies.

Open Samsung Members. Tap + (feedback) > Error reports > Multimedia or Apps

Attach a screen recording or explain the steps you've tried so far to help the developers understand and resolve it in future updates.
