Hi 

I am having issues with my Gear S3 watch.  

Even after it has been fully charged and shows 100% it may work for a few minutes that the it shuts down (black screen) and will not turn on. When I put it on the charging cradle it will show the +90% charged but will not turn on.  

I have tried to do hardware resets by following youtube videos.  It will revive the watch for only  a few hours.

I changed the power adaptor connected to the charging cradle.  No difference.

Please let me know if you have any idea for this issue ?

Hi GE101, I suggest you please check if the device software is updated to the latest version. Is there any particular activity causing the device to turn off?

Same thing has happened to me. I've tried installing new battery. The charger says 100% but won't turn on. Useless right now. May be time to move the family over to Apple ....
