Google action required

Not sure what's going on. I update my phone and it was working fine, but not to long ago I got a "Google Play services" notification stating there is an account action required. I click it and it asks me to sign into my Google account but the email at the top is my hotmail account... not Google. Needless to say I can't fix if and none of my passwords work. I even tried to fix it through settings but when I press on my hotmail account it says unavailable.

Do you have a Gmail account? Open the Google Play store app and add your Gmail account credentials. This should add the Google account profile to your phone.

Login to your hotmail account on your PC via the website. Usually when there is a notice like this there is often a service change notice you need to agree to before continuing which is causing the error with account syncs
