How do you disable IconX proximity sensor

my left bud can never tell that it's in my ear. guess I'm shaped weird lol. anyone know how to disable the sensor completely or trick it? I've tried tape and foil but I cant figure it out...

I don't have iconX Earbuds - But I don't think that disabling proximity sensor is the solution...

Isn't it supposed to work without disabling the proximity sensor.... it's there for a reason right.

I have exactly the same issue and have spent a couple of years trying to fix it. I just want to plug the earbuds and quickly put on ambient sound without trying to move the earbud around at different angles for it to just work. Same left ear hanging out at a weird angle to get it to work
