How to add emergency calls shortcut to lock screen

A while ago I replaced the emergency calls shortcut with another app. Now I tried reverting it by replacing the shortcut with the phone app. But it requires unlock instead of directing it into emergency calls. How do I add it and revert to defaults

personally i don't know the solution, but i find it funny you change your phone shortcut by yourself and expect someone to solve your own problem
