We are sorry to hear this issue from you. To help resolve this, please try the following steps:
Check App Notification Settings: Go to Settings > Notifications > App notifications > Messenger. Ensure "Calls" or "Missed Calls" notifications are enabled. Tap into the category and ensure Lock screen is set to “Show content”
Battery and Background Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > Messenger > Battery. Set to Unrestricted to ensure it runs properly in the background.
Clear Cache: Settings > Apps > Messenger > Storage > Tap Clear cache. Avoid clearing data unless absolutely necessary.
Reinstall the App: Uninstall Messenger and reinstall it from the Play Store to reset notification channels.
