My phone doesn't ring and I noticed at tye top right on my screen is a circle with a line through it. I can't figure out what it means or how to fix it. When someone calls me, it goes straight to voice-mail. I'm also not able to call out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

That icon means there is no signal for the phone to receive or call out as you may be in a building or not within a service location. You will have to move to a location where the communication strength lines are visible then someone can call you without going to voicemail and you can make calls to them. The icon may also display if your mobile service provider is temporarily out of service.

Thank you

Hi, as said by  that symbol means there is no signal on your phone to receive and to make a call.

Some features of the nearby landscape, such as trees and buildings, can interfere with your phone's reception, and this can vary by carrier. If you are indoors, try stepping outside to see if your signal improves. You may also be outside your carrier's coverage area, or they may be experiencing an outage.

Verify that the SIM card is correctly installed and not damaged. If possible, test with another active SIM card. Your carrier may be able to assist with this if you do not have another SIM.
