Hi everyone, I recently updated to Oreo in my S8 G950W. Amongst the many smaller bugs, one noticeable bug is the disappearance of the navigation bar when I use a Secure Folder app. Normally, I've set it to hide but in those apps, I can't even pull it up! I've tried wiping the cache but it hasn't helped. I've had another problem again with secure folder here: https://community.samsungmembers.com/en_CA?projectId=0&meta=#/post?postId=282803 that hasn't been solved either. Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
I'd suggest that you Factory Reset to solve your issues - You might want to backup your phone (user apps in particular) using Smart Switch before you start 😉🐧
Hey @Murtaza110, to help us troubleshoot, could you please submit a device error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!
