Please perform the clear cache of the Netflix app.
Go to Settings> Apps> Select the Netflix app> Storage> Clear cache.
Then, verify the app updates in the play store and make sure that the Netflix app is updated to the latest version.
Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app. Navigate to and open the Play Store, and then search for and select Netflix. Select Uninstall, and then select Uninstall again to confirm. Once the app has been uninstalled, you can install it again by tapping Install. Try using the Netflix app again.
Note: Deleting the Netflix app will also delete any titles you have downloaded to the device.

Galaxy SEdit: I performed security updates for my device. Not sure if that helped, but my Netflix app now using Google Chromcast for casting. I am still unable to uninstall the app, but the original issue is solved. Thank you.
