Not able to register S24 Ultra in shop app

Hi , Any one noticed same issue with registration for S24 ultra in my page under shop app?

I am getting "This serial number or IMEI format is not correct. Please check the 11 or 15-digit format and try again."

But my device is registered in Samsung members app .so something wrong with Shop app registration.

Hi, You can find model number in Settings > About device, you can also check the model number on back panel of the phone and on purchase box too.

Yes I am checking correct information and it works with Samsung members apps and Issue is only with Samsung shop app.

Hi, I request you to please perform Clear Cache on the app by using the below details and check again.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps.

Select or search for the app you want to clear.

Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

That doesn't work. I tried to clear data and try. Both didn't work so seems like issue is with Samsung shop app only

1 Launch Samsung Members app.

2 Tap on Support and Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.

3 Choose a category below.

4 Make Sure That Send System Log Data is Selected to Help Resolve Your Questions Quickly and Describe Your Problem in Details.
