When will the s25 series get the new features that is missing which s24 users have? We are still missing the music now playing pill and the smoother charging animation for example, there is no April update on the horizon for s25 users.. s25u is still running an older build based on beta 2
The features like the “Now Playing” music pill and smoother charging animation are currently rolling out in phases. They’re expected to arrive on the S25 series in a future updates. Rest assured, your device will continue to receive the latest features and enhancements and your feedback plays a key role in how we prioritize updates.
When will we get it though, Telus and other carriers have no exact timeline for this update, they only show for s24 users, this April update that was supposed to be big should be arriving sometime this month but I'm not seeing any timeframe for it yet.
S25 has one ui 7 but it's a way older build from beta 2. It is missing quite a bit of features that newer one ui 7 builds have which is now on the s24 series, also a lot of bug fixes too.
