Order stuck on 'preparing dispatch'

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE on Friday 25 February. It took a day before I finally received my invoice and confirmation email, and the status of my order changed to 'preparing dispatch', where it has stayed since 26 February. According to Samsung's own FAQs, delivery should only take 1-2 business days and I should receive communication if there will be delays, and yet I've had no contact from Samsung since my purchase. How much longer can I expect to wait before my phone ships?

I've tried to use the live chat function to get help, but after filling out the initial prompts I have received NO REPLY. Honestly, what is the point of having a live chat if there isn't anyone actually chatting with you? If I can't find out what's going on, I will move to cancel my order and get a refund. I would have just bought from JB Hi Fi if I had realised the customer experience would be so poor at Samsung.

I also preordered my S22 on the 27th of February and was told it would be arriving on the 3/03/22. A week later when it launches I don't receive it and when I take a look at the order it just says preparing dispatch. I try talking through live chat and after waiting a good ten minutes, I just get a chat closed. I tried to go through live chat multiple times and every time the chat just gets closed on me after a 10 minute wait going through the queue when it's finally my turn. A multi-billion dollar company and can't even have good customer service. What a joke. If I had known that their customer service and shipping was so bad I would've just bought it in store or bought a different phone from another company.

Same story. This is happening to everyone. They are treating Australian customers like sheep. They need to fix customer service asap otherwise customers are moving towards apple or pixel.

Yes I received in one week. I ordered on 4th March received on 11th March

I received the "free gifts" on the 12th of March .

I ordered and paid on the 10th of February S22 Ultra  red 256 gb

Unless this phone really is amazing I will be going over to apple after a 13 year association with Samsung .

I had preordered the samsung care but samsung decided I would not need that lol

Actually I will  probably shop around for a good non chinese phone as Apple are really bad with being able to repair these days.

same here in canada i have been waiting for alost 4 weeks its been now in prepare dispatch for 2 days wich i never got notified by samsung on change from processing i ll never pre order again from samsung

Did you receive yours? How long did it take for them to change from Preparing Dispatch to actually dispatch the phone ?

 

I ordered S22 Ultra Sky Blue 256 GB on 1st March. Status changed to Preparing dispatch on 6th April. Since then no updates. Located in Toronto, Canada
