I think your first step would be to contact your carrier in order to determine whether or not it's an issue between the network and communication with your phone. you can try clearing your system cache first if you want. a quick Google search will give you the instructions on how to do that. or you could try a factory reset after you've backed up all of your stuff using Smart switch.
