I was wondering if anyone has had this issue or know how to fix it?
I have a S23 Ultra and all of a sudden, my outgoing text messages are no longer being received. I can receive a text but can not reply.
I spoke with Samsung and they suggested to do a factory restore which did not fix it.
My family is on the same carrier and they do not have any issues. I was going to call my carrier next but wasn't sure if anyone had any suggestions to try.
I did pull the sim card and reboot it.
TIA

Hi, we request you to please follow these below steps once and check.

1) Verify your carrier service status.

Verify that your account is in good standing and that your service is active. You may need to call your service provider.

2)Clear the Message app's cache.

Open Settings, then browse to and tap Apps.

Locate and then tap Messages, be sure to pick the one with the icon that matches your messaging app.

Tap Storage. Tap Clear cache.

3)Inspect the SIM card.

Verify that your phone's SIM card is correctly installed and is not damaged.

Contact your carrier if you need help testing your SIM or ordering a replacement.

If you have another active device on the same network, you may be able to exchange SIM cards between the devices to test them.

After performing the above steps if the issue still persists, we request you please contact your network provider once.

Hi. I've tried all of this and spoke with my carrier. It's being escalated to the network specialist to see what the issue may be.
