Not exactly the same issue - But I've noticed that if I want to post a pic here for example - Not all the pictures or galleries are available - Note that these pictures are NOT in the Secure Folder - I'm seeing the same issue on both my S8+ which hasn't yet received the September Security Patch OTA & my S9+ which has - perplexed.. 🐧

@TBag, for some unknown reason the "Move out of secure folder" has been removed from the Gallery options, but you can still move pictures out of the secure folder.
1 - Open Secure Folder
2 - Open My Files
3 - Select Images
4 - Select the pictures you want
5 - Hit the 3 dots (top right) and select Move out of the Secure Folder

@Cprice. thank you that works very well. I sent a feedback about it to I am assuming samsung and they couldn't help me with it other than to "escelate" it to which I have heard nothing back since. it is a good thing this forum is around and thanks for the solve.
