hey guys...recently my s6 fingerprint scanner stopped working. It keeps showing this message but even if i reset it...it still does not work. Any suggestions?

what's up guys in the galaxy. quick question, I need help selecting the + sign on an international call after I dialed using a calling card, anyone know how, pls help me. It's a life and death situation?
