I'm getting the same notification in the middle of the night asking me to look at apps using background power.

The apps listed show power use during the day when I'm using them.

I wouldn't care, but the phone is waking me up at 1230, 130am for this daily.

Really? The device that tells me when I'm sleeping due to use knows I'm not awake,  but wakes me up?

Are programmers that bitter?

Anyway, what is the fix before I throw this thing.

Hi Samsung_GKiOQct,

It's definitely frustrating to be woken up by unnecessary notifications! To stop these late-night battery usage alerts, here are a few steps to silence or adjust them:

Turn Off Background Power Notifications:

  • Go to Settings > Battery and device care.
  • Select Battery > Background usage limits.
  • Toggle off Power-intensive app notifications to disable these specific alerts.

Use “Do Not Disturb” Mode:

  • Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb.
  • Schedule it to activate during your sleeping hours, ensuring notifications don’t interrupt you. You can allow certain exceptions for alarms or emergency contacts while muting the rest.

Adjust Notification Settings for Device Care:

  • Go to Settings > Notifications > App notifications.
  • Find Battery and device care and turn off notifications altogether or adjust the settings to show only "Silent" notifications.

With these adjustments, your phone should stay quiet while you’re sleeping.

Thank you.
