QoL feature request

I love Samsung routines, I use them a lot to automate things on my phone. But now that I am working shifts, I can't differentiate the weeks for the routines. 

I would like to be able to select:

IF (time period Mon-Fri, EVERY [4] WEEKS)

THEN

Samsung calendar lets me select a repeat every [X] weeks and it works great for my 4 week shift rotations. This probably will never be seen by a dev but some wishful thinking. I've wanted this feature for a whileeeee, just a small quality of life feature improvement
