Upgraded from an S23U to an S25U recently. On my previous phone this problem did not exist.

If I'm on a call and I get incoming call from the opposite sim, I am not notified in any way. No pop up to answer the call, no missed call notifications.. Nothing. My primary sim is a physical sim, my work line is an e-sim. Both are the same carrier.

I checked my phone settings and Dual Sim Always On is enabled. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi Lundon,

We are sorry to hear you're encountering a frustrating issue with your new S25 Ultra. The issue you’ve described with incoming call notifications on your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is certainly unusual. Here are some steps to address the matter:

Verify Settings: Ensure that Dual SIM Always On is enabled. You can check this under Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager. This feature ensures both SIMs remain active during calls.

Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This can refresh your network configuration and resolve potential SIM conflicts.

Reconfigure e SIM: Please try removing and re-adding your e SIM. Visit Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager, and follow the on-screen instructions to remove and add the e SIM again.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, we suggest visiting the nearest Samsung authorized service center. Our technicians can perform a more detailed analysis and provide a resolution.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and appreciate your patience.
