recover voice recorder notes

Does anyone know how to recover voice recorder notes? i accidentally deleted mine.

Unfortunately I have to agree with @ShaggyskunkS9P—if you didn't back them up, they won't be easy to recover at all.

You might have luck with a third-party recovery software, but chances are slim...
