Anyone know how to get the contact photo to show on an incoming call on the Samsung S-View flip case? I just recently purchased the S23+ and new to this type of case. I'm thinking that the feature might have been disabled in a previous firmware update. Samsung's site indicates the feature of showing the caller photo but it only shows a black background with the caller's name. I've searched online but couldn't find a solution, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
