Galaxy SHi. My S10e is still on the March security update and hasn't had another since, even though Samsung is releasing the patches to other phones around the world. Both Telstra and Optus are on this patch, while XSA firmware has the April patch. I'm not sure what to do about this problem, where the problem lies or who to complain to. Samsung sells these phones with the assurance we will get updates but they aren't happening.

Galaxy SHi @Analog1, these software updates are rolled out gradually by region and provider due to variations in the device models. When the updates are completed, they are then modified by providers.
Unfortunately we do not have visibility for when service providers will release updates, but rest assured that these updates are still being released.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Galaxy SCould you please pass it up the line that it's important to users that they get regular updates? I went with a Samsung for this very reason. If updates aren't regular then I'll be leaving Android and Samsung for Apple where updates are regular and devices are supported for ~5 years. Thank you.
