S20 Carrier firmware bug 13_00001

Hi,

I can see that some people are getting network mode issues since move from Rogers to Telus wit S20 series. Even on auto mode sometimesthe phone stays to 4G and does not go back to LTE or 5G untill dropping to AMRC and putting back to 5G/ LTE(auto). Anybody else having that issue? 

Network settings have been reset already 2 times.

Hi, we certainly understand your requirements. Unfortunately, it depends only with carrier, please contact to your network service provider.

A ticket have been made telling that issue to Telus. There is also a post on their forum that have not been answered.
