I recently upgraded to the Samsung S20 FE coming from S9. In both of my vehicles, when I make a phone call, as soon as the call connects and starts dialing, the connection switches from my vehicle to the phone itself. On my Honda I simply hit the transfer button in the vehicle to reconnect the call via the bluetooth device, as opposed to the phone itself, however on my wife's Titan, there is no Transfer feature on the stereo itself, I have to take my phone and click the "My Titan" in the bluetooth connection that shows in the Phone call live screen. It is black,. but turns to green and connects instantly.
This happens on both incoming and outgoing calls, and never happened on my S9 with the same vehicles. Any thoughts, or help, is this happening to anyone else?
