So recently I decided to do a sound test using the *#0*# menu on my s20 ultra 5g. I noticed the sound coming out of my earpiece speaker is cracking or slightly distorted. I've only had it for a month and have been keeping the volume low to try and prevent this. Its very frustrating for the price I paid for this fancy paperweight. Anyone else having this issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Since when you are facing the issue with the earpiece speaker?
Try to reboot the device and check. Sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues.
Also, verify the speaker/mic in the Samsung members app.
Follow these steps:
Open Samsung Members app >> Get Help >> Interactive Checks >> speaker and mic.
Get back to us with the result.

Ummm .... did you try another earpiece? It could be the earpiece. I've bought earpieces in the past - both wired and Bluetooth - they don't last very long.
Since I got the Samsung Bud Live 😃 I'm a happy camper. These are fantastic earpieces. 👍
