Hi @hrawithers and @kirstin25. I am sorry to hear about the network issues you've been having. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to see if this helps the issue:

• Restart your device
• Turn Wi-Fi off/on
• Turn the router off for 10 seconds
• Forget the Wi-Fi network and then re-sign into the Wi-Fi network
• Verify with another Wi-Fi network
• Switch from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz or vice versa (dependent on router specifications)
• Turn off power saving mode
• Run your phone to Safe Mode and observe [hold power>restart>hold volume down until lock screen].
• Reset network settings [Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS]

If these do not help, I recommend sending an error report through Samsung Members, which will allow our team to assess this issue remotely.  To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Network/Wi-Fi > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

It is recommend that you send these error reports within 3 minutes of the issue occurring to assist in identifying any potential deviations in your device performance.

Once it has been assessed by our team, you will receive a response via the Samsung Members app which can be viewed by clicking the notification bell.

Hope this helps :)

Yes! It's only happened to me recently too! So bloody annoying. I've tried resetting the phone's network settings, forgetting the router. I can't figure it out

Mine happened at the end of last month when I did the update, and problems with the 4g signal bar disappearing , now just waiting for this month's update to see if that does anything as I've seen alot of samsung users have had problems with WiFi and 4g signal
