I host/join a lot of online meetings via MS Teams. I put my phone near the presenter and there are other people in the room socially distant, and other people on the video call who are working remotely. I used to have A8 before and never had issues. When I decided to treat myself to a brand new phone S21+, my remote colleagues told me that they heard a lot of feedback when other remote participants are talking (which I don't hear), and they cannot hear the other people who are in the room with me. I've searched everywhere for microphone settings or Teams settings but can't find a solution. Please help!

Hi, please try the below steps and get back to us with the results.

Go to Samsung members app >> Phone care >> Interactive checks >> Tap on mic.

Also, check the below settings.

Changing Settings During a Meeting in Teams

1. Select the ellipsis in the meeting for More actions.

2. Select Device settings.

3. Select the device from the sidebar on the right.

Changing Settings through Teams Settings

1. In the Microsoft teams client, select your icon located in the top right. 2. Then select Settings (cogwheel).

3. Click Devices within the settings menu.

4. Click the drop-down menu under "Speaker" and select your active speakers/headphones.

I was able to record so I think the mic is ok? The recording was a bit fuzzy though. I think the problem is when I'm on Video Meetings on Teams. I don't see those settings you mentioned above.Screenshot_20210708-112138_Teams.jpg20210708_130137.jpg
