Same issue on S22 Ultra. Samsung, any update? Looks like the code for Samsung firmware was written by kids, so simple but annoying bugs and no any feedback.

I really wish I had known about this issue.  I just purchased a Canadian Z Fold 4 this week thinking with eSim, I could replace my International dual sim Note 20 Ultra.  the only option in the settings is to set a primary sim, no way to set call preference etc to 'Ask every time'.  I made three work calls today from my personal phone by mistake, ready to toss this new phone in the bin and I've only had it for two days.  For what possible reason would this  OneUI menu options be different on this Canadian version of this phone?

If you've had this issue this recently then i guess we're hooped. I just signed up for a new phone line yesterday for my business so I can have 2 phone lines from the same phone, and all the videos online showed that I could choose between which phone line does what.

This negates the entire point of using the multiple sims if it's not going to ask me which sim I want to call from. The other BS part is that it notifies me which number im TEXTING from and lets me switch on the fly with that. Why can it not ask me which sim card I want to use to call? This is such a stupid bug to have and so simple to fix.
