S22 Ultra pre-ordered from BestBuy on February 10th delayed with no estimated time

I ordered my S22U February 10th, still didn't get any update from when I'll get my phone, over a month waiting already and no estimated time given by either bestbuy or samsung. Does anyone know when these phones will be available? I thought I would have it on February 25th lol

If it is 1tb it comes soon. Mine was Feb 9 and comes tomorrow. But if it is 512 or 256 then it seems to take more time

I ordered from Bestbuy as well on Feb 10th, nobody has any answers! Samsung has horrible customer service. I  am still waiting for my pre ordered phone. No emails stating when it will come or that it's even delayed. If I do not cancel this phone.. this may be the last Samsung product I buy. What is the point of pre- order, if the company can't stand by there deal but take my money. I left iphone but at least they deliver there product, I pre ordered my wife's and apple came on time !
