I'm so confused why the image quality of this camera is so much worse than my previous S10e. Lower light photos are atrocious - they show up well on the preview but as soon as you press the shutter the photos come out extremely noisy and grainy. It doesn't look like any noise processing is even happening.

I'm not talking about dark rooms here, just lamp lit room that the s10e had no trouble photographing.

I'm also having a lot of issues with selfies with this camera. Again the preview looks good but then once the photo processes it distorts the photo in a very unflattering way. It's so frustrating because the processed photos look nothing like the preview.

I've downloaded camera assistant, tried all settings as well. I have a photography business on the side, I know how to take photos. But whatever is happening in the processing of photos on this camera is not good.

Such a disappointment because I love the phone otherwise. Will there be any updates fixing any of these camera issues?

Launch the Galaxy Wearable app and tap the 'more' >> Tap 'Contact us' and then tap 'Error reports' >> Select device >> Next >> Describe the issue accurately and in detail >> Make sure 'Send system log data' is ticked >> Send your error report.

Does anyone know if they even tried to fix this with the August update? My phone is doing the same distortion still and in getting very frustrated not being able to take any front camera pics 😞

Oh no! I haven't yet done the update but that **bleep**. I don't get what is happening. And Samsung was absolutely no help.
